If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your confirmed UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided in the packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for improper storage following delivery.
You may cancel your order without charge before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us promptly via our website or by email.
Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund or accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
